LONG BEACH, California - Michael Kilgariff and Austin Sanchez of the San Francisco State men's track & field team represented the Purple and Gold on Friday at the Beach Invitational. 
 

Kilgariff got the day started with a 33:20.94 in the 10k, which placed him fifth in the event. Sanchez followed in the 5000m with a time of 15:38.59, which is just outside of the top-ten list in program history.
