LA JOLLA, California - For the first time in 15 years, the San Francisco State men's track & field team competed in the CCAA Championships.

The Gators were represented by Jacob Garrissere, Michael Kilgariff and Austin Sanchez. It's the first CCAA Championship for the program since 2004 after the team went on a 15-year hiatus.

Yesterday Garrissere ran in the 1500m and recorded a time of 4:20.65. This afternoon Sanchez took 16th in the 5000m, clocking in at 15:31.27 and Kilgariff took 20th with a 15:53.56.
