Set Two

In the Gator's most comfortable set of the match, SF State raced out to a 7-3 lead before a timeout was called. The Lumberjacks reclaimed the lead at 12-11 but an 8-1 scoring run highlighted by back-to-back kills from Roth put the set out of reach for Humboldt State.

Set Three

Down 16-15, the Gators went on a 5-0 scoring run with four of the five points coming from kills.
