SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — The No. 21 San Francisco State volleyball team continues its historic season tomorrow and competes in its first NCAA Championships at the Samford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The Gators earned the number seven seed and will face the number two seed, No. 6 Central Oklahoma.
All matches this week will be broadcast on ESPN+. The Gators first match will be on Thursday, December 12 at 1:30 p.m. CST/11:30 a.m. PST. Fans can follow the team along on Instagram

Kimberly DeBoer became the first SF State athlete to earn AVCA Second-Team All-America. Teammates
Tamiya Wilson and
Izzy Issak earned All-America Honorable Mention. The three athletes all earned west region honors with DeBoer earning First Team Honors from both AVCA and D2CCA. Wilson earned AVCA First Team West Region and Issak earned Honorable Mention. Both Wilson and Issak were named to the D2CCA West Region Second Team. The three Gators earned All-CCAA First Team honors with DeBoer being named the CCAA Setter of the Year for the third straight season.
Anastacia Garza was named to the Second Team and sophomore
Aidan Goodrich earned Honorable Mention for a second season.
The Bronchos have a 33-2 record with their last loss coming on October 26 against Arkansas Fort Smith. COU won the MIAA conference tournament before winning the Central Region with three five-set wins. The Bronchos are led by a pair of All-Americans in middle blocker Jeena Karp and outside hitter Addison Wimmer.
The winner of the semifinal match will face the winner of Angelo State and Gannon on Friday, December 13 at 4 p.m. CST/2 p.m. PST.
