HAYWARD, Calif. - San Francisco State men's basketball team fell to Cal State East Bay 86-46.

- SF State falls to 1-6Â while East Bay improves to 7-0.
- No Gator scored more than six points.
- East Bay nearly doubled the Gators' shooting percentage, shooting 51.6 percent while the Gators shot 28.8 percent. East Bay also shot 55.2 percent from deep.
- The Pioneers had seven blocks on the Gators and were able to out-rebound the Gators 46-30.
- East Bay had 50 points scored from their bench.
Milandev Chatha had five points in a 10-3 start for the Gators. The Pioneers scored 11 straight points to retake the lead. The Gators got back within a possession and trailed 22-17 at the under eight media time-out. The pioneers outscored the Gators 23-6 to close out the half to lead 45-23. East Bay's offense stayed hot in the second half as the Pioneers shot 47.1 percent from the field and 57.1 from three. The Gators shot under 30 percent in the second half.
