POMONA, Calif. - The San Francisco State volleyball team could not keep up with Cal Poly Pomona and was swept 3-0 (16-25, 7-25, 10-25).
- The Gators fall to 3-7 and 2-2 in the CCAA. Cal Poly Pomona improves to 6-4 and 4-0 in the CCAA
- SF Staet recorded a season-low 17 kills. Alana Larson had six kills to lead the Gators.
- The Broncos had a dominate attack and finished with a .442 hitting percentage. The Gators only hit .047 for the match.
- The Broncos had 49 digs while the Gators only had 29.
- Elle Walker led the Broncos with 16 kills.
The Broncos led by as much as 10 midway in set one. The Gators forced the Broncos to side out every time they got the serve back when they hit 19 but the Gators could not string enough together to take the set. The Gators could not get much going in sets two or three as they say their hitting percentage go down in both sets. The Broncos' hitting percentage got better as each set went on.
