2019 XC: Earned 2020 NSCA All-American Athlete Award… Appeared in all five 6K races this season, pacing SF State across the finish line twice… Began the year with a 34th-place finish at the Sundowner Invitational (Sept. 20), crossing in 23:59.6… Ran a 23:01.2 at the Capital Cross Challenge (Sept. 28) to take 46th in the field of 212... Took 13th at the SF State Invitational (Oct. 11), running a 23:18.8… Recorded the lowest time in a 6K this season at the NCAA West Region Championships (Nov. 9) with a 22:57.2.

Prior to SF State: Lettered all four years in cross country and track & field... Earned the cross country Coaches Award in 2015 and 2018 while earning the Coaches Award in track & field in 2017 and 2019... Named Most Inspirational in 2018 and earned the Most Amazing Career Award in track & field in 2019... Served as Team Captain her senior season.
