CCAA Spring All-Academic... Took first in the 400m with a 57.80 at the East Bay Quad Meet (Feb. 22)… Ran a personal-best 25.54 in the 200m at the Art Dual Meet (March 22)… Grabbed third at the Woody Wilson Classic (April 13) in the 400m hurdles with a 1:04.45… Clocked in at 1:02.63 for the sixth-best time in Gator history in the 400m hurdles at the Mt. Sac Relays (April 20) while also recording the second-fastest time in Gator history in the 4x400 with a 3:37.65…Helped the 4x100 take first with a 45.29 for the second-fastest time in program history at the CCAA Championships (May 4)… Also earned first in the 4x400 with a 3:43.08 and ran a personal-best 54.39 in the 400m to take second… Led the 4x400 to a National Champion runner-up finish with a 3:38.21 for the third-fastest time in SF State history at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (May 25).
2019 Indoor: Clocked in with a personal-best 57.34 in the 400m at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Collegiate Invitational (Jan. 19)… Guided the 4x400 to a third-place finish at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 9) with a. 3:53.71 which is the ninth-fastest time in Gator history.
2018 Outdoor: Took fifth in the 400m at the Cal Poly Invitational with a 58.77…ran a 1:07.48 in the 400m hurdles at the Stanford Invitational… took 16
th at the Beach Pacific Coast Intercollegiate in the 400m hurdles, clocking in at 1:06.54… took fourth in the 400m at the CCAA Championships, running a time of 56.90.
2018 Indoor: Began the season at the Dr. Martin Luther King Invitational helping the 4x400 relay team place sixth with a time of 3:53.32… ran a season-best 25.47 in the 200m… posted a career best indoor time of 57.91 in the 400m at the UW Invitational.
2017: National Champion in the 4x400 relay… All-American in the 4x400 relay… USTFCCCA First Team All-American in the 4x400 relay... USTFCCCA All-West Region in the 4x400 relay… CCAA All-Academic... notched first place in the 4x100 at Johnny Mathis with a time of 48.81 and also finished third in the 400m with a 59.97... notched a season-best 56.02 for fifth place in the open 400m at the Bulldog Invite at Fresno State... took first in the 4x400 at the CCAA Championships, earning her All-CCAA honors as the group posted a 3:41.94... made her 400m hurdle debut in the CCAA Championships, finishing with a time of 1:05... ran the third leg at the NCAA Championships en route to the National Championship in the 4x400 with a time of 3:37.80.
2016 Outdoor: Made her outdoor debut at the Johnny Mathis Invitational where she took eighth in the 200m...at the SF State Distance Carnival she set a career-high in the 200 with a time of 25.91...that same meet she set a career-high in the 400m with a time of 59.27.
2016 Indoor: Made her Gator debut at the UW Indoor Preview on Jan. 23...helped the Gators to an eighth place finish in the 4x400 relay...finished 22nd in the 400.
Before SF State: Joins SF State by way of Redondo Union High School where she lettered in both track and field and cross country for the Sea Hawks...was a member of the 2015 Bay League Champion 4x400 relay team… Placed third in the 400… Took seventh overall at the 2015 State Meet in the 4x400 in her senior year.
Personal: Majoring in Biology with a concentration in Physiology… Parents Deanna and Eric… Older sister Morgan… Younger brother Corey… Hobbies including knitting, arts and crafts, food and watching Netflix.
