San Bruno, Calif.--- Cal State San Bernardino Coyotes (4-10-2, 2-7-2 CCAA) scored three unanswered goals including two in the second half to key their 3-1 road conference win over the SF State Gators this afternoon at Skyline College in San Bruno, California to spoil the Gators' senior day.
“We are struggling right now, we have to make sure our players stay focused in the final four games,” said SF State Head Coach Joe Hunter. “I told them that we are going to judged on who you are and who you when things are not going well,” added Hunter. “Our goal right now is not winning or losing, but how well we finish.”

The Coyotes' Daniel Rodriguez connected on a penalty kick at the 30:58 mark of the first half to tie the game at 1-1. The game remained tied at 1-1 until the 71st minute, when Lorenzo Loson connected on a free kick from James Pusey to give the visitors a 2-1 lead. Rodriguez then sealed the game with five minutes left on his second penalty kick.
SF State (7-7-2, 4-5-1 CCAA) was out shot by the Coyotes 26-15 including 17-6 in the second half. Mendozahad six saves in goal for the Gators while Lucas Pepi had two in goal for Cal State San Bernardino.
The Gators will finish off their 2007 regular season with a four-game road trip beginning this Friday, October 19th at 3pm in Arcata, California, for a CCAA match with Humboldt State. The Gators defeated Humboldt State 3-2 earlier this season at home.
