SAN BERNARDINO--- Cal State San Bernardino used a strong shooting night to key their 84-60 conference home victory over the visiting SF State Gators. The Coyotes handed the Gators their first conference loss of the season while shooting 48% from the field including going 10 of 22 from three-point land. Robbie Robinson paced the three-point land.

Paul Trevor. “Cal State San Bernardino played harder and executed better than us tonight.”
The Coyotes (7-1, 3-1 CCAA) scored the first seven points of the game and never looked back. SF State cut the hosts lead to 24-20 on a jumper by
Marquel Hoskins (Beloit, Wisconsin, Reedley College) with 9:28 to go, but the hosts increased their lead back to double digits on a three by Robinson to give them a 33-22 lead.
The Gators (6-3, 4-1 CCAA) outscored Cal State San Bernardino 11-8 in the final three minutes o the half to cut the lead to 41-33.
Cal State San Bernardino came out firing in the second half outscoring the Gators 19-9 to take a 60-42 lead. The Coyotes increased their lead to 77-52 with 6:17 to go on a dunk by Jefferson.
Nefi Perdomo (Oakland, California, Skyline ) lead the Gators with 17 points while
Tim Pratt (Eureka, California, College of the Redwoods) chipped in 12 points.
SF State will return home to begin a three-game home stand this Tuesday at 7:30pm for a rematch with Cal State Monterey Bay. The Gators defeated the Otters 75-73 earlier this season in Seaside.
