SAN FRANCISCO--  The 2013 SF State Gators will begin their season this weekend with a three-game home series versus Fresno Pacific.   The series will begin this Friday, February 1 at 2pm with a single game at Maloney Field.  It will conclude with a doubleheader on Saturday, February 2 at 11am also at Maloney Field. 

The Gators return 2012 All-CCAA performer Miguel Flores and CCAA Freshman of the Year Mark Lindsay.  Lindsay was recently named to the NCBWA All-West Region Preseason Second Team.  SF State, under the direction of fourth-year head coach Mike Cummins, finished the 2012 season with a 17-33 overall record including a 14-26 record in the CCAA.

After this weekend, the Gators will travel to Rohnert Park, Calif, for a non-conference game at 2pm against Sonoma State on Tuesday, Feb. 5th.
