SAN FRANCISCO---- The SF State Gators will return to the court this week for two games before they head home for winter break. The Gators will travel to Kennewick, Wash, this Wednesday, Dec. 18 for a 7pm scheduled tip-off with Washington State. SF State will then return to conference action for a 4pm scheduled tip-off in Rohnert Park with Sonoma State. The Gators are currently 4-2 overall and 2-1 in the CCAA after winning three of their last four games.
SF State defeated Sonoma State 69-65 this past Friday at home behind a total team effort. The Gators had four players in double figures led by Will Overton, Jr.'s 15 points off the bench while
Calvin Otiono added 13 points and 8 assists.
Nefi Perdomo leads the Gators with his 20.3 scoring average followed by Overton at 15.7 and Otiono at 10.0 ppg.
After Sunday's game in Rohnert Park, the Gators will be off until Friday, January 3 when they travel to Los Angeles, Calif., for a 7:30pm CCAA game with Cal State L.A. SF State will not return home until Jan. 17 when the Gators host Cal State San Bernardino.
