SAN FRANCISCO--- The SF State Gators' baseball team will play five games this week beginning with a non-conference game this Wed., Feb. 20 at 2pm at the University of San Francisco. The Gators will then return to CCAA action wtih a four-game weekend series at Cal St. Monterey Bay starting with a single game this Fri., Feb. 22 at 2pm in Seaside, Calif. The series will move to SF State's Maloney Field for a 11am starting doubleheader on Sat., Feb. 23. The four-game CCAA series will conclude this Sun., Feb. 24 with a 11am starting game in Seaside.
SF State will look to rebound from this past weekend's 0-4 series at Cal State L.A. The Gators are now 3-8 overall and 0-4 in the CCAA. Dillon Meyer leads the way with his .357 batting average, .500 slugging percentage and .455 on-base percentage. Grady Espinosa has a team leading 16 hits, five doubles and scored a team high 6 runs while Mark Lindsay has driven in a team high 7 runs. Ryan DeJesus leads the Gators' pitching staff with a 1.26 ERA and 15 strikeouts.
