SAN FRANCISCO---  The SF State Gators will look to clinch a top four seed this weekend in the CCAA Championship Tournament.  The Gators will end their regular season with two road games this week in Southern California.  SF State will face Cal State San Bernardino this Thurs., Feb. 28 at 7:30pm in San Bernardino.  Then the next evening, the Gators will travel to La Jolla, Calif., for another CCAA game on Fri., March 1 against UC San Diego.  

The Gators went 2-0 this weekennd to improve to 15-9 overall and 13-7 in the CCAA.  SF State defeated #4 Cal Poly Pomona 57-55 and then won 79-61 in its home finale of the regular season over Humboldt State.  With the wins, the Gators clinched a spot in the CCAA Championship Tournament which begins on Tuesday, March 5 with four First Round at campus sites of the four highest seeds.  The tournament will then move to the Citizens Bank Arena in Ontario, Calif., on March 8-9 for the semi-finals and Finals.
