SAN FRANCISCO --- Coming off a successful 3-1 series over No. 5-ranked Cal State Dominguez Hills, the SF State Gators will take a break from the California Collegiate Athletic Association but don't want to miss the opportunity to build on their momentum. The Gators will take on two non-conference opponents, hoping to keep their winning ways going. Wednesday, SF State heads to Notre Dame de Namur for a doubleheader and hosts Dominican University of California on Sunday for another doubleheader, each beginning at 1 p.m.

Courtney Gravel leads the team from the plate, boasting a .364 batting average off 20 hits, including two doubles and a triple.
Marisa Andrade, who has been utilized as a pinch hitter for the Gators, has grabbed six hits on the season to average .316 at the plate and a .435 on base percentage. Andrade's double RBI single helped lift SF State 5-2 over the Toros Saturday morning in a come-from-behind victory.
Kylie Grabowski leads the team with 13 RBIs and has tallied 25 total bases.
Lucy Fernandez--who knocked her third long ball on Saturday--boasts a team-high .489 slugging percentage.
Marisa Ibarra, who was named this week's CCAA Pitcher of the Week, caught fire in the circle Friday afternoon, holding the #5 Toros to just two hits for her third shutout of the season. The senior pitcher tossed nine strikeouts without conceding a single walk or run to lift the Gators 2-0. Her performance over the weekend improves her ERA to 2.02 in 72.2 innings pitched, increasing her strikeout total to 51.
The Argonauts come into Wednesday's games with a 10-7 overall record, coming off a four-game losing bout to No. 13-ranked Grand Canyon. NDNU scored just two runs in the four-game PacWest series, while surrendering 19 runs to the Antelopes. From the batter's box, Amanda Wallach leads the Argonauts with a .366 average off 15 hits. Kaydi Kochi follows with a .353 average off 18 hits, including six doubles and a home run, along with 15 runs scored. Pitcher Sammy McConvey currently throws at a 1.51 ERA in 51.0 innings pitched with 19 strikeouts.
Dominican has a full plate of games before Sunday's contest at SF State. The Penguins face Azusa Pacific tonight for PacWest action then head north to Humboldt State for a doubleheader on Wednesday. Both the Penguins and Argonauts face each other on Saturday before Dominican heads to San Francisco to take on the Gators. The Penguins currently stand at 4-14 overall, with one of their wins coming from a 3-0 result over the Gators earlier this season. Dominican will look to break a nine-game losing streak this week and improve on its .198 collective batting average. Leslie Mesa leads the Penguins with a .300 average, with Kayleigh Klingsberg giving the Penguins power with a .588 slugging percentage off four homers, three doubles and a triple, along with 14 RBIs. Kayla Rodriguez brings speed on the bases and has stolen eight bases for a 100-percent success rate.
