Gators To Travel Down South for Four-Game Series with CSUSB

Justin Lamb and His Gator Teammates Will Travel to CSUSB this Weekend for a Four-Game CCAA Series
SAN FRANCISCO---  The SF State Gators will travel down to Southern California this weekend for a four-game series with Cal State San Bernardino.  The series will begin with a single nine-inning game this Friday, April 19 at 3pm at Fiscalini Field in San Bernardino.  The two teams will play a doubleheader starting at 11am on Saturday and conclude with a single nine-inning game on Sunday also at 11am.

The Gators are coming off a 1-3 weekend against Cal State Dominguez Hills to go to 13-27 overall and 10-22 in the CCAA.  Grady Espinosa leads the team with his .359 batting average, 27 runs scored, 56 hits, 10 doubles, three triples, 13 stolen bases and .481 slugging percentage.  Nolan Sheridan leads the pitchers with his 5-1 record and team low 3.00 ERA.

SF State will finish off its 2013 regular season April 26-28 with a four-game home and away series with Cal State East Bay.  The Gators will host the Pioneers on Saturday, April 27 with a 11am starting doubleheader at Maloney Field.  In between games, the SF State will recognize both teams' seniors including their own 8 in AJ Almaraz, Ryan DeJesus, Miguel Flores, Justin Lamb, Trae Lopez, AJ Pianto, Randy Villa and Eric Watts
