SAN FRANCISCO---  The SF State Gators will host Cal State San Bernardino and UC San Diego in their first home games of the 2014 year.  The Gators just finished off a season long five-game trip and are now 8-6 overall and 4-4 in the CCAA.  SF State will host Cal State San Bernardino this Friday, Jan. 17 and UC San Diego this Saturday, Jan. 18.  Game times for both evenings are set for 5:30pm PST at The Swamp.

The Gators are coming off a 1-5 road trip including losing both games this past weekend to Cal Poly Pomona (73-60) and Humboldt State (93-85).  SF State is averaging 73.8 points per game while giving up 68.7 points per game. Three Gators are averaging double digits in scoring in Katie Batlin (15.2 ppg), Angela Van Sickel (13.3 ppg) and Lauren Varney (11.1 ppg).  

After this weekend, the Gators will be back on the road for the next two weeks starting with January 24, when they travel to Seaside, Calif., for a 5:30pm scheduled tip-off with Cal State Monterey Bay.
