SAN FRANCISCO — San Francisco State baseball player Jackson Kritsch has been named to the 2019 Google Cloud Academic All-District^® Division II Baseball First Team, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).

This is the second time that the Gators infielder has earned Google Cloud Academic All-District^® Baseball First Team honors, having earned the status as a sophomore in 2018 en route to being named the program's first-ever Academic All-America^® honoree. This season, Kritsch, who has a 3.94 GPA and is studying Accounting, was the only junior on the 11-player team. The other 10 were all seniors.

First-team Academic All-District^® honorees advance to the Google Cloud Academic All-America^® ballot. First-, second-, and third- team (when selected) Academic All-America^® honorees will be announced in June.

The Division II Google Cloud Academic All-America^® program is partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II national governance structures, to assist CoSIDA with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2018-19 Division II Academic All-America^® teams.
