SAN FRANCISCO — San Francisco State baseball player
Jackson Kritsch has been named to the 2019 Google Cloud Academic All-District
® Division II Baseball First Team, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (
CoSIDA).
This is the second time that the Gators infielder has earned Google Cloud Academic All-District
® Baseball First Team honors, having earned the status as a sophomore in 2018 en route to being named the program's first-ever Academic All-America
® honoree. This season, Kritsch, who has a 3.94 GPA and is studying Accounting, was the only junior on the 11-player team. The other 10 were all seniors.
First-team Academic All-District
® honorees advance to the Google Cloud Academic All-America
® ballot. First-, second-, and third- team (when selected) Academic All-America
® honorees will be announced in June.
The Division II Google Cloud Academic All-America
® program is partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II national governance structures, to assist CoSIDA with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2018-19 Division II Academic All-America
® teams.
