2020 Indoor:

2019 Outdoor: All-CCAA... USTFCCCA All-West Region... USTFCCCA All-American... Began the outdoor season with a 3:38.39 in the 4x400 for the fourth-best time in Gator history at the Hornet Invitational (May 16) and the third-best time in the history of the program in the 4x100 with a 45.56… Took first at the Woody Wilson Classic (April 13) in the 400m with a 55.21… Ran the first leg in the 4x400 that clocked in at 3:37.65 for the second-fastest time in Gator history at the Mt. Sac Relays (April 20)… Earned first with a pair of personal bests in the 200m with a 23.66, and in the 400m with a program-record 53.83 at the CCAA Championships (May 4) while also taking first in the 4x100 (45.29) and 4x400 (3:43.08)… Guided the 4x400 to a second-place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (May 25) with a 45.59 while also taking fourth in the 400m with a 55.06 and sixth in the 200m with a 24.53w to earn All-America honors.

2019 Indoor: USTFCCCA All-West Region... USTFCCCA All-American... Led the way in the 4x400 that took second with a 3:41.84 at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Collegiate Invitational (Jan. 19)…Grabbed third in the 400m with a 55.60 and ran the first leg of the 4x400 that took first and ran the second-fastest time in Gator history with a time of 3:41.13 at the UW Invitational (Jan. 26)… Ran a personal-best and program record 23.98 in the 200m at the New Mexico Classic (Feb. 2)… Cleared 5.58m in long jump for another program record at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 8) and took first in the 400m with a 54.90… Clocked in at a personal best 54.22 in the 400m to earn All-America honors and helped the 4x400 take second with a program-record 3:37.29 at the NCAA Indoor Championships (May 9).

2018 Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-American in the 4x100… All-CCAA in the 4x400… took second in the 4x100 at the Cal Poly Invitational, clocking in at 46.72… placed fourth at the same meet in the 400m with a  time of 57.29… recorded a pair of third-place finishes at the Woody Wilson Classic in the 4x100 (46.59) and the 4x400 (3:51.82)…finishes third in the 400m with a time of 56.51 at the Beach Pacific Coast Intercollegiate… ran the third-fastest time in program history with a  45.95 in the 4x100 while taking gold at Brutus Hamilton… earned All-CCAA honors in the 4x400 as the quartet took first with a time of 3:41.64, which is the third-best mark in Gator history… ran a personal-best 24.54 in the 200m at the CCAA Championships… wrapped up the regular season at the Warrior Last Chance Open with a PR In the 400m at 55.59… ran the third leg of the 4x100 at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, clocking in at a program record time of 45.02.

2018 Indoor: Took sixth in the 4x400 with a time of 3:53.32 at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Collegiate Invitational while also notching a PR in the 200m with a time of 25.46… ran a 1:00.09 in the 400m at the UW Invitational.

Before SF State: Two-time MVP at West Los Angeles College... Scholar Athlete in 2016-17... Placed third in the 400 at the 2017 California Community College State Championships... Was a four-time MVP at South High School and four-time Pioneer League Champion in the 100 & 200... Owns the South HS record in the 100, 200, 400 & 4x100.
