SAN FRANCISCO--- This afternoon's scheduled non-conference game between the SF State Gators and the Fresno Pacific Sunbirds has been canceled due to the inclement weather in the Bay Area and will not be made up. SF State will return to the diamond this weekend for a season ending four-game series with the No. 2 UC San Diego Tritons beginning with this Friday, April 30 at 3pm at SF State's Maloney Field. 

 

The two teams will continue their series on Saturday for a CCAA doubleheader at noon at Maloney Field. The series will conclude with a single game on Sunday also at noon. 

 

Prior to the game on Sunday, the Gators will recognize both team's seniors including their 12 in Nick Nyman (Susanville, California, Lassen College), Pat Haugen (Cayucos, California, Cuesta College), Ryan Williams (Woodland, California, Yuba College), Keith Garcia (Ventura, California, Oxnard College), Ricky Del Zompo (Napa, California, Napa Valley College), Geoff Downing (Half Moon Bay, California, New Mexico State University), Nick Bowerman (Oakley, California, Mount Mercy College), Spencer Kreisberg (Tigard, Oregon, Los Medanos College), Kyle Mastellar (Corning, California, Shasta Junior College), Kyle Pfeiffer (Palo Cedro, California, Shasta College), Greg Kline (Las Vegas, Nevada, San Joaquin Delta College), and Sean Proni (Valencia, California, College of Marin).
