2019 Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-American... USTFCCCA All-West Region... All-CCAA... Ran the third leg of the 4x400 that took first with a 3:38.39 that is the fourth-best time in Gator history and the final leg of the 4x100 that ran the third-best time in program history with a 45.56 at the Hornet Invitational (March 16)… Placed fifth in the 400m with a 54.78 at the Stanford Invitational (March 30)… Ran a personal-best 12.03 in the 100m, which is tied for the tenth-best time in program history, at the Woody Wilson Classic (April 13)… Led the way in the 4x400 that ran a 3:37.65 for the second-best time in Gator history at the Mt. Sac Relays (April 20)…Took second in the 4x100 with a 45.40 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational (April 27)… Earned All-CCAA honors in four events by grabbing gold in the 400m with a personal-best 54.17, second in the 200m with a PR of 24.10 while and a pair of first places in the 4x100 (45.29) and in the 4x400 (3:43.08) at the CCAA Championships (May 4)… Helped the 4x100 take second with a time of 45.59 and earn another National Championship runner-up finish in the 4x400 with a 3:38.21 and made it three All-America honors on the weekend with a fifth-place finish in the 400m with a 55.53 at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (May 25).

2019 Indoor: USTFCCCA All-West Region... USTFCCCA All-American... Guided the 4x400 to the third-best time in program history with a 3:41.84 at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Collegiate Invitational (Jan. 19)… Ran the second leg of the  4x400 that took first with a 3:41.13 which is the second-fastest time in Gator history on an oversized track and took fifth in the 55.96 at the UW Invitational (Jan. 26)… Helped the 4x400 set a program record with a 3:39.72 as they took first at the New Mexico Classic (Feb. 2)… Placed third in the 400m with a 55.42 which is the third-best time on an oversized track in program history and took fourth in the 200m with a 24.90 for another top-four time in Gator history at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 8)… Ran a personal-best 24.33 in the 200m and a PR 55.05 in the 400m at the Boston University Last Chance Qualifier (Feb. 24)… Earned All-America honors in the 4x400 after taking second with a 3:37.29 for a program record.


2018 Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-American in the 4x100... USTFCCCA All-West Region... All-CCAA in the 400m, 4x100, and 4x400... Ran the first leg of the 4x400 at the Sacramento State Hornet Invitational that took first with a time of 3:48.04 while also placing second in the 400m with a time of 56.25… ran a 3:41.37 to place third at the Stanford Invitational… posted the seventh-fastest time in the 4x100 in program history at the Woody Wilson Classic… ran the first leg of the 4x400 that posted the second-fastest time in Gator history at the Mt. Sac Relays that recorded a 3:40.86… earned All-CCAA honors with first-place finishes in the 4x100 (46.02) and the 4x400 (3:41.64), and the result in the 4x400 is the third-best time in program history… took second at the CCAA Championships in the 400m with a time of 55.05… won gold at the Warrior Last Chance Open in the 400m with a time of 55.31… earned All-America honors at the NCAA Championships in the 4x100, running the final leg of the program-record time of 45.02.

2018 Indoor: Earned USTFCCCA All-Region for the 400m and 4x400... began her Gator career with a sixth-place finish at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Collegiate Invitational in the 4x400, helping her quartet run a 3:53.32… followed with another solid 4x400 performance at the UW Invitational with a 3:51.66, which put them in fifth place… recorded a pair of third-place finishes at the UW Open, running season-best 25.13 in the 200m and a 56.81 in the 400m… helped notch the fastest time in the nation in the 4x400 at the Boston University Last Chance Qualifier with a 3:41.82, while also placing fifth in the 400m with a 56.00.

Prior to SF State: Earned All-American status in the 400m and medaled in both the 200m and 4x400m at the Junior College State Meet in 2017... owns the Sacramento City College record in the 400m... named MVP and Most Valuable Runner in 2017... Big 8 Champion in cross country and two-time Big 8 Champion in the 400m and 200m... earned academic honors in cross country and track & field... attended Elk Grove HS where she was named the Master Champion in the 400m in 2014... two-time MVP at Elk Grove HS and two-time record holder in the 400m & 200m
