2019 Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-Academic... USTFCCCA All-Region... USTFCCCA All-American... All-CCAA... CCAA High Point Award... Kicked off the outdoor season with a first-place finish in shot put with a distance of 13.94m at the Cal Poly ShareSLO Invite (March 23) while also taking second in hammer with a 55.19m… Notched three more top-five finishes at the Brutus Hamilton Open (April 27) with fourth in discus (45.80m), third in hammer (52.88m) ad first in shot put (14.61m)… Registered season highs in 56.10m in hammer and a 49.61m in discus to take first and second, respectively, at the CCAA Championships (May 4) and also grabbed gold in shot put with a 15.30m… Took sixth in shot put with a season-high 15.56m to earn All-America honors at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (May 25).

2019 Indoor: USTFCCCA All-Region... USTFCCCA All-American... Turned in a pair of third-place finishes at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Collegiate Invitational (Jan. 19) in shot put with a 14.15m and in weight throw with a 17.51m… Took first in shot put with a distance of 14.58m and second in weight throw with an 18.73m… Recorded a season-best 19.07m in weigh throw that earned gold at the Boston Last Chance Qualifier (Feb. 24)… Earned All-America honors in shot put with a personal best and program-record 15.39m at the NCAA Indoor Championships (March 9).

2018 Outdoor: USTFCCCA Second Team All-American… USTFCCCA All-West Region… All-CCAA in Shot Put, Discus and Hammer… CCAA High Point Award Winner… CCAA Field Athlete of the Meet… recorded a PR in hammer with a 57.02m, which is a program record, while taking second place and tossed a 50.32m in discus to take fourth at the Sacramento State Hornet Invitational… placed first in shot put with a 14.63m at the Cal Poly Invitational and followed with another first-place finish in the event with a 15.02m at the Stanford Invitational, earning her Gator of the Week honors… threw a personal-best 38.30m in javelin, which is also the ninth-best mark in program history, at the Beach Invitational… took first at the CCAA Championships in shot put with a 15.03m and followed with a pair of second-place finishes in discus (50.22m) and hammer (53.99m)… threw an automatic qualifying distance and a program record of 15.84m at the Warrior Last Chance Open, and won her third-career Gator of the Week award… took ninth in hammer at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in hammer with a throw of 55.11m.

2018 Indoor: All-American… USTFCCCA All-Region… took second place overall in weight throw at the Dr. Martin Luther King Invitational, recording a season-best 19.61m which is the sixth-farthest throw in the country and a program record… followed with a fourth-place finish at the UW Invitational, tossing an 18.88m… recorded two top-ten finishes at the Husky Classic as she threw a 14.84m in shot put for ninth place and an 18.18m in weight throw for seventh… logged the eighth-farthest distance in the nation in shot put at the UW Open with a mark of 15.09m, giving her first place… earned All-American recognition at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a career-best 15.30 in shot put and a 19.10m in weight throw.

Before SF State: Transferred from Cerritos College, where she attended 2013-14 and 2015-17… Five-time state champion in discus, hammer, and shot put… Cerritos College school record holder for hammer (185') and shotput (50')… Redshirted the 2014-15 season at Azusa Pacific… Prepped at Long Beach Millikan HS… CIF Division I Discus Champion… Three-time Moore League Champion… High school record holder for Discus (152' 1") and shot put (47')… Placed fifth in state for Discus as a senior… Placed second in state for javelin as a freshman.
